At gamecraft.icu, I am committed to providing high-quality Android game development services as an independent solo developer based in Pakistan. My offerings include custom game design, Android-optimized development, cross-platform solutions (iOS, web, and PC), advanced technologies such as AR/VR and blockchain/NFT integration, along with complete post-launch support.

This disclaimer explains the terms, limitations, and responsibilities related to my services to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. By working with gamecraft.icu, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Scope of Services
gamecraft.icu provides professional game development services, including but not limited to:

Each project’s scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in a written agreement. While every effort is made to exceed expectations, project success depends on the accuracy and timeliness of client-provided information. gamecraft.icu is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or unclear client input.

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are expected to:

Provide a clear and detailed project brief, including requirements and references.

3. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Deliverables: All assets, code, and designs remain my property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client.

Reusable Code: Any pre-existing frameworks or reusable systems remain my intellectual property and are licensed solely for use within the client’s project.

4. Project Outcomes and Performance
While I strive to deliver optimized and polished games, certain outcomes are beyond my control:

Market Performance: Downloads, revenue, and engagement depend on market conditions, marketing efforts, and user behavior. No commercial success is guaranteed.

Device Compatibility: Games are tested across multiple Android devices, but complete compatibility across all devices and future updates cannot be guaranteed.

Monetization Results: Earnings from ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are not guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to invest in marketing and user acquisition strategies post-launch.
